ONE OR TWO DAY CLINICS
Day one begins in the classroom. Seana will explain the mental, physical and emotional components of peak performance, and will share practical exercises and ideas that can be incorporated into your daily life. Seana will happily accommodate any special requests for topics of interest to your group. These topics may include processing trauma, fatigue and burnout, or fear and anxiety.

Seminar days typically run from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, with a one hour break for lunch.
Seminars may be geared towards adults, children, or sports professionals.

DAY TWO

Day Two provides a number of possibilities for your group.

Your group can remain in the classroom for a deeper exploration of relaxation, breath work, imagery and visualization.

Your group can schedule up to 8 private Sport Psychology sessions with Seana.

Seana is an experienced Dressage rider and trainer, and can teach a traditional dressage clinic with up to 8 lessons.
